Taranaki DHB Ambulance Service Manager Ian May said that Mr Walker fell down five metre bluff while hunting with two mates on Monday afternoon at Okau. He said his fellow hunters tried to help him out of the bush to no avail. Mr May said one of the hunters was able to make his way out of the bush on Tuesday morning and raise this alarm . Mr Walker was airlifted to hospital at 11 o'clock. The extent of his injuries is not yet known but he reportedly has serious head injuries. He is New Zealand's top jockey and last year recorded the fastest one hundred wins in a season.

The effects of ChR2 may be better proved or refuted using Chronobiological techniques; by proving entrainment to light in ChR2-inserted blind mice, Vs. untreated controls. Personally, I expect a definite phase-shifting effect. -Priyoneel Basu, Junior Research Fellow, Department of Zoology, Banaras Hindu University, India
